Website terms · Effective September 3, 2026

Clear expectations before work begins.

These terms govern AIWinMe’s public website and free project-request experience. Paid work requires a separate written proposal or service agreement.

Using the website

You may use this website to learn about AIWinMe and submit truthful requests for legitimate business services. Do not disrupt the service, access another person’s information, upload malicious material, impersonate others or use the service for unlawful or deceptive activity.

Requests are not contracts

Submitting a form, receiving an audit or discussing a project does not create a paid engagement. Work begins only after the parties agree in writing to the scope, pricing, responsibilities, approvals, cancellation terms and payment schedule.

Customer responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate information, have authority to request work for the business, review deliverables, maintain lawful claims and content and protect credentials. Never send passwords, verification codes, client secrets or payment credentials through ordinary forms or messages.

Approval and external platforms

Public website, Google profile, advertising, domain, communication or account changes require the agreed authorization. Third-party providers have their own terms, charges, policies and availability. Those provider costs must be disclosed before approval when they are part of a proposed project.

No outcome guarantee

AIWinMe does not guarantee search rankings, platform approval, review volume, traffic, leads, appointments, revenue or uninterrupted availability. Recommendations and forecasts are estimates; results depend on factors outside AIWinMe’s control.

Ownership and portability

Customers retain ownership of their business accounts and data. AIWinMe retains its pre-existing systems, templates, processes and tools. Ownership, licenses, access, export and deletion rules for customer-specific deliverables will be stated in the paid agreement.

Payments, cancellation and refunds

The public request form does not collect payment. Every paid proposal or checkout must identify the contracting business, fees, billing schedule, included work, third-party costs, cancellation rules, refund terms and any recurring-service conditions before purchase.

Communications

Submitting a request authorizes follow-up about that request. It does not provide consent for unrelated marketing. Any future automated marketing call or text program requires separate operational controls and legally appropriate consent.

Liability and disputes

To the extent permitted by law, AIWinMe is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or lost-profit damages arising from use of this public website. Service-specific liability limits and dispute terms belong in the paid agreement. Florida law applies without overriding rights that cannot legally be waived.

Changes and contact

These terms may be updated as AIWinMe develops. Questions may be submitted through the Contact page. The contracting identity and official notices address will be included in paid agreements before payment is accepted.
